Michael Foster- is the leader and founder of REAL Ministries. He is a speaker, teacher and evangelist and has traveled throughout the United States and Europe teaching, speaking and equipping the Lord’s Saints, as well as, proclaiming the Gospel both through word and through deed to emerging generations. In Europe, Michael has done extensive work in Romania and here in the United States, worked extensively in New England. God continues to grow and expand his area of influence as a voice of Truth in a Post-Modern world.
Matthew Czelusniak- serves as our Outreach and Community Development Coordinator and is actively developing and planning relevant ways to proclaim and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people in the communities in which we live and serve. He is also developing the aspects of Biblical Community amongst those serving with and who are a part of REAL Ministries.
Shannon Czelusniak- serves as our Media Development Coordinator and is in charge of finding new and relevant ways to reach the lost through the arts, multimedia and the internet. She is developing and maintaining our web site and individual team blogs, as well as serving as the ministry photographer/videographer.
Jennifer Westfort- serves as our Administrative and Financial Coordinator. She manages all administrative aspects of the ministry, as well as all financial budgeting and record keeping. She is also very active in developing the aspects of Biblical Community amongst those serving with and who are a part of REAL Ministries.
